Phil has a lengthy background in construction and site management. Phil brings to the team highly specialised expertise in developing site-specific Construction and Environmental Management Plans that will be invaluable.

Phil has extensive experience in industrial relations and holds responsibility for Buxton’s adherence to industry and statutory policies and procedures.

As Operations Manager, Phil will manage the overall delivery of works and play an important role in establishing and maintaining diligent collaboration with the project team that delivers this iconic redevelopment. He will provide effective and efficient leadership on this project while expertly monitoring, controlling and reporting on all issues relating to our safety, environmental and sustainable commitments.
